How long will the program take?

The program is self-paced and designed to take 12 weeks.  You will complete one Workout a week, each consisting of four to six Exercises.  Each Exercise is short, sharp and focused, and will take you at least 30 minutes to complete. This timing is only a guide and tends to represent a minimum commitment.  For that reason we provide access to the program for a further 12 weeks.  We are committed to you getting the very best outcome.

What if I take longer than 12 weeks to do the program?

You will have access to the program for 24 weeks so you will have plenty of time.

Can I fast track the program and finish in less than 12 weeks?

Absolutely.  The program is self-paced.  As you complete one exercise, you can move onto the next.  The key to success with this program is to follow through and do what needs to be done – project by project, action by action.  Don’t be tempted to move on to the next exercise until you have implemented the insights.

How do I use the exercise book?

There is a separate exercise book for each workout. The exercise books are downloadable and in editable PDF format.  This means you can download and print out and complete the exercises manually.  Or you can download and complete the exercises electronically.  Make sure you save as you go.

Can I download the resources, templates and INSPOS?

All resources, templates and INSPOS can be downloaded and retained for future reference.  We recommend creating a separate folder for your 12WBFC documents so that they are easily accessed for future reference.

What are the INSPOS?

The INSPO messages are designed to provoke curiosity, encourage reflection, identify opportunities for upside, and achieve even better outcomes by taking action.  Read the message, reflect on how it relates to you, your life or your business. Identify the opportunity for upside and decide what you need to do to raise the bar.  Use the INSPO messages to inspire action and for sharing with your team.

Can I move forward with the exercises without doing the meditation?

Yes you can.  However, you are encouraged to participate in the meditation to prepare your mind and your energy for the Exercises contained in each Workout.

Although meditation may be entirely new to you, I recommend giving it a go with a mind to re-focusing your thoughts and slowing down any “freneticness” that you might be experiencing.

Bringing a healthy energetic state to the table each time you sit down to work through the program will result in more clarity, improved creativity and a sharper focus.

Can I delegate actions to team members?

Yes of course.  We recommend engaging your team.  Consider challenging your team to workout with you – each week a new challenge – each week a new opportunity.  More heads are better than one.  Leverage off the intellectual capital you have in your business.  See the world through different eyes and from different perspectives and positions.  Different members of your team may be involved in different workouts.  Those in the leadership workout may not be involved in the systems workout for example.  It is entirely up to you.

Can I work with other entrepreneurs who are doing the program?

Some business owners have joined together with like-minded people, who are also enrolled in the program, to form groups of 3-4 to share ideas, create even more accountability, discuss challenges and to have an informal sounding board.  Generally, the group members are known to each other.  However, that isn’t a prerequisite for great results.

Groups meet via a video conferencing platform, usually weekly and for around 45 minutes.  The sessions have strict agendas, rules of engagement (which include 100% participation) and clear contribution expectations.   Dates and times are set in advance. Once dates are set and agreed, they are deemed non-negotiable.  A Group Coordinator is appointed to keep everyone on task.

These groups are not meant to create more work but rather to enhance the learning from the insights and promote even better practical application.

Should I involve my accountant or my financial planner in the process?

Yes, enlist your professionals to help – your accountant, financial planner, lawyer, IT consultant and banker.  Your accountant can help with the business plan and the numbers, your financial planner with your wealth plan, your lawyer with asset protection, your IT consultant with technology and your banker with funding for growth.
